Exquisite flaxseed bowl rich in nutrients, flaxseed combined with bananas and berries.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 unit Banana
  • 1/3 cup Forest fruit berries
  • 2 oz Almond milk
  • 1 tbsp Coconut flakes
  • 1/4 tbsp Beetroot powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp Ground flaxseed
  • 2 tbsp Coconut yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Protein powder

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender and whizz to combine.
  • Add more or less almond milk to make a thinner or thicker smoothie.
  • Serve straight away in a bowl and top with desired toppings.
